Giving Back to the Community

Each year ASPMN®, with the help of the local chapter, chooses a charity to support in the host city.

Circle the City Organization

Circle the City is a 501 C3 non-profit organization established in 2008 with the mission to create and deliver innovative healthcare solutions that compassionately address the needs of men, women, and children facing homelessness. Circle the City offers 24/7 medical oversight through the Circle the City Respite Center, primary health services for men, women, and children through the Circle the City’s Parsons Family Center, and   community outreach via the two-exam room Circle the City mobile clinic. Since 2012, Circle the City served over 4600 men, women, and children who are facing homelessness. Over 1000 unduplicated patients received medical care and wrap-around services, 90% of the individuals treated transitioned to a primary care physician and 78% of the patients were discharged into housing other than city streets or emergency shelter. Since launching Circle the City’s Parsons Family Health Center and the mobile clinic in September 2015, more than 4000 homeless men, women and children have received health services.
